Fine Chemicals Corporation (FCC), part of Aspen API, has announced that it has been awarded a gold medal by EcoVadis, in recognition of the company’s sustainability management system through its policies, actions and results. The rating places FCC in the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
The EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility monitoring platform measures compliance to key performance indicators, which are continually adjusted, based on international standards. The categories measured include: Environment; Labour and Human Rights; Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
FCC supplies APIs to pharmaceutical manufacturers around the world and has systems in place to do this in a safe, environmentally responsible, sustainable and ethical manner. We place a high value on sustainability and compliance to local and international CSR standards.
